On Friday, December 8, 2023, in a hybrid format (online and on campus), Amity University Uttar Pradesh will host its 19th Convocation for the class of 2023 graduates who have successfully finished their academic programs. The schedule is as follows:
- On-campus (physical mode) at the University of Pennsylvania's Noida campus for Ph.D. scholars from all subject areas, as well as UG and PG students from the AGBS and Management domains on the Noida campus.
- The remaining UG and PG students in all Noida domains (apart from the Management Domain) will take classes online. The campuses in Lucknow and Greater Noida.
Degrees will also be conferred in this Convocation to the students from the preceding batches under extended term up to N+1+(1) / N+2+(1) who qualified in the Supplementary Examinations 2023.
1. Principal Convocation on-campus (in person) or virtually at the university's Noida campus:
At the Faculty of Management Studies’ Main Convocation on Friday, December 8, 2023, all Honorary Doctorates, Ph. D. degrees in all fields, Shri Baljit Shastri ji Award for Best Human Values, and Best All Round Trophies for UG and PG students at the AGBS and Nodia campuses will be presented. Graduating students from all domains and campuses, along with their parents, have the option to participate in the main Convocation virtually from the comfort of their homes or workplaces.
On Friday, December 8, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., all registered graduates of the AGBS and Faculty of Management Studies-Nodia campuses, as well as Ph. D. scholars from all domains and campuses, must report to the registration desk in the convocation ground with a printout of their convocation registration slip.
You can now purchase or rent gowns online through the payment channel on your online registration page for the convocation. Since all recipients must wear gowns during the university’s Convocation ceremony, it is recommended that they buy gowns rather than rent them in order to preserve personal cleanliness. This is required because without an online payment, the online registration process will not be finished. On the day of the degree distribution ceremony and convocation, students who have not completed their online payments will not be permitted entry onto the campus.
2. Except for the Management Domain, all other UG and PG students in Noida are in the online mode. campuses in Greater Noida and Lucknow.
By 10:00 AM IST, all recipients who have registered to attend the online convocation must check in to the portal. A degree distribution ceremony will be held for all UG and PG students in all Noida domains (excluding Management Domain), Lucknow campus, and Greater Noida campus from December 9th to December 16th, 2023. The ADDOE/AUO Graduands’ Degree Distribution Ceremony is scheduled on Saturday, December 16, 2023.
